How to remove spark plugs from a 2001 Dodge Neon?

I cannot change the plugs as the holes for these are way too deep for any wrench, am I missing something here? My car shakes and the engine light now blinks and it runs loud, it sounds very loud and it seems like it's the plugs as they hadn't been changed. How to remove spark plugs from a 2001 Dodge Neon?you need to go to the parts store and buy a long reach spark plug socket, this way you can get the old ones out real good and also install the new ones without damaging them regular sockets wont hold on to them good enough to do this job with ,good luckHow to remove spark plugs from a 2001 Dodge Neon?Do like Dodge Man says. AND be sure to replace the wires too. When you get the plugs out, see if they have some brown stuff at the base of the white porcelain where the plug wire boot stops. That's 'spark jump' and it runs down the inside of the plug wire boot to the outside of plug. This causes what's known as 'carbon tracking'. Once it has started, it ruins the plug wires and will do the same to the new plugs and cause them to misfire as well ! If you take the plugs out and they are coated with oil, it means the 'o' ring under the cover is leaking also and when it floods the plug, it will cause it to misfire as well.
