How do I change the spark plugs on a 1990 Buick Century w/ a 3.3 six liter engine?

There's this superstructure holding the alternator over the area of the plugs with some kind of plate -right- over them. It looks like all of that needs to be removed - just to change the plugs?!How do I change the spark plugs on a 1990 Buick Century w/ a 3.3 six liter engine?if the plate is keeping you from getting into the plugs then remove it until you get done.
