Is it easy to replace the spark plugs on a 2006 Impala LTZ?

I looked under the hood and backed out immediately. Its not as easy as I thought. How can you tell its time to replace, and generally how much would a mechanic charge.Is it easy to replace the spark plugs on a 2006 Impala LTZ?If the tip of the plug is coated in black stuff aka carbon build up and if the exhaust smells really rich with fuel or gasIs it easy to replace the spark plugs on a 2006 Impala LTZ?change them one at a time, otherwise youll need the numbers 18436572(v8) or 165432(v6)
