How to change the spark plugs in a 1986 nissan 300sx?

Im having trouble figuring out how to chane the spark plugs do i have to pull the intake manifold ?How to change the spark plugs in a 1986 nissan 300sx?i have the exact same car. the chilton book i have says to just remove the wire and you should be able to twist the plug out.
