After how many miles should u change your spark plugs? Iridium plugs last 100k miles?

I often get different answers as to how many miles your spark plugs are good for. I keep hearing that the iridium plugs last 100k miles but this seems a lil hard to believe, how true is that claim?After how many miles should u change your spark plugs? I suggest to replace at 60k just for that reason, and have anti-seize on the threads and then dielectric grease to the spark plug boot to keep moisture and water out, also ads to boot removal next time.After how many miles should u change your spark plugs?
