How do i get all the spark plugs in my car to fire?

I have a 1979 Mazda RX7 with a 12A rotary engine. The distributor has been upgraded to an electric ignition, no longer your classic points. I have replaced both coils and all fuses, and still im only getting two plugs to spark and two that arent doing anything at all. What would I need to do to fix this problem and is there something that im overlooking?How do i get all the spark plugs in my car to fire?Check the voltage coming out of the coil related to the plugs that are not firing. It may be fried.
